Hi Dr. Coleman
Can you tell me what is NEW about this site as nothing seems to have changed so I'm not sure what this New site is!!!
I would like to suggest that there are too many topics and perhaps it should be just one posting area and we all write on that and we could then follow peoples advice and kind words of support without having to go into different topics

I appreciate this site. One feature that I would like is to be able to follow an individual's postings. I have read some really wise advice from certain individuals and would love to be able to see all of their postings to see, perhaps, their evolution or just how they have navigated over the months.

For example, one poster, catmom, has been particularly helpful to me. I'd love to be able to go back through all the threads and read her advice to others as well as her accountings of her own situation. I don't know if that might be possible, but, regardless, I very much appreciate this forum. Many thanks to Dr. Coleman and his staff (I am envisioning a dedicated group of people who help him with the various media, but it's probably one harried and amazing person who does it all); you truly make a difference in our lives. Thanks to Mr. Solomon, too, for the wonderful website. It's inspiring to see people using their talents to help others. May the blessings you give out come back to you tenfold!

Hi Everyone,
I'm so sorry that site has been down. The re-design took so much longer than I thought it would. It may take a few more days to get some of the older posts back up again. Hopefully, this site will be easier to navigate. Please let me know.

I am not great with the computer! But I just read your book. A gift!! Thanks. Would love to hear more about why we have to not argue, not demand of our kids, not tell them our feelings. I am willing (and am) to do it, and it does help, but I would love to hear more about that whole way of thinking. Thanks again for writing the book.

I love the new site. Every so often I go back and read When Parents Hurt. Each time I pick up a new tool to help understand how a parent may deal with the loss of a child. My daughter , seeking an new idenity, has deciced I no longer need to be a part of her life. This is a very painful process and I thank God I found this book.
