Thank you for your suggestion and for trying to help me. Unfortunately, downloading their version of 'Adobe Reader' messed up my computer. I was not able to use the 'Restore' tool. It gave me a 'file association failure', which left me unable to open all programs – 2 days ago I could not even access e-mail or the internet. I had to call Dell yesterday to remove the 'Adobe' program and reinstall the correct one. What a hassle!

For what it's worth, I downloaded the free seminar from January 17th (in mp3 format) and have had no problems at all. Does your computer program have a "restore point" under Programs/accessories that you can take your computer back to what it was like BEFORE (say, January 16th) you tried to download Adobe?

Just wondering if anyone else is experiencing problems with their computer after trying to download the free seminar on 1/17? I downloaded it right before it was suppose to start, but only heard a woman talking about another subject (not parental alienation), so I closed it down, and tried to download it again. This time I said 'yes' to downloading 'Adobe', but was still unsuccessful. So I connected by telephone, but missed the first 15 minutes of Dr. Coleman's talk. Even since then, I've experienced computer problems. I called my internet provider and explained the problem. They told me I should be more careful about what I download from the internet. What a pain! I will never download free seminars from any source again.
