I am a mother of 3 beautiful children whom I love with every bit of my being. I have been divorced from my ex husband for 9 years. my twol oldest children are 11 yrs of age and I share equal and shared custody with their father. 7 days on and 7 days off. I am in the process of moving out of town 2 hours away and attempting to gain primary residence of my twins. Their father has waged war on my relationship with the kids since the day i left him. They are not open with me about anything in their lives other than to say why do you make dad mad and recently told me of the lies that he has been telling them. this gives me some hope that they will see the truth for themselves. I am so overwhelmed with worry that should I not be able to take them with me when I move that He will finaly be able to poison them against me completely and withhold access to them. He is remarried as I am as well. I also have a younger son from my new marriage and he is regularly targeted by his siblings with bullying that goes above and beyond the regular sibling rivalry. It is as if they hate him. I can understand that they are jealous perhaps that he doesnt have to endure the things they do by going back and forth between homes however I fear that this behavior has not gotten better but only worse. I am torn between my children and my husband who has fathered and loved them since they were 2yrs of age. I have no money for attorneys or proper evaluations for my children. I feel as though I have no help or guidance. He is poisoning them and it is going to destroy their important bonds in life through their adulthood. He continues to cut people out of thier life when they tell him that he is being unreasonable and hurting his children. I have witnesses to this that are willing to stand up for my children and be there for support for them but havent had any luck. does anyone have any advice?
